It all begins with an idea…

For several years now, I have been working in the public, third, and private sectors. And one of my biggest learnings has been the importance of focusing on the wellbeing of our people and planet, supporting inclusive community building and think ahead of how to build a better tomorrow.

A few years ago it came to me.. the idea of the Magic Triangle (see on the left).

The ‘magic happens’ when we have holistic approaches:

WELLBEING - INCLUSION - SUSTAINABILITY

They are intrinsically interlinked. If we want to build forward-thinking organisational cultures and environments, we need interconnectedness rather than working in silos. This is where the magical triangle comes in.
