Hi, I’m Veronika (she/her).

Welcome to my page - great to have you!

To be very honest with you, I am not sure where to begin… The Positive Disruptor has been a passion project of mine for many years. Over the last few years, I have realised more and more that we, as a society, but in particular as employees, consumers, and leaders, need to have braver conversations about disrupting the status quo. Because we need to do better. Our planet is literally on fire, inequality and societal division have reached new hights and although technological advances have allowed us to do previously unimaginable things (like video call a colleague on the other side of the planet while they’re driving in their EV), we can do and have to do more to make sure we disrupt patterns, habits, and traditions that no longer serve us. And create new, inclusive, forward-thinking cultures, communities, organisations, and behaviors.

My mission at The Positive Disruptor is not just to be a Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Culture Consultant but to work with, learn from, and grow with people from all walks of life who want to proactively shape a more inclusive, soulful, innovative, sustainable, and long-term thinking world with the wellbeing of people and planet at the heart.

In a financial wealth-, speed-, and growth-obsessed world, I want to create spaces where we slow down, rest, rethink, recharge, and act from a place of groundedness, connectedness, and creativity as we build the world of tomorrow.

My work is inspired by conversations with many magnificent people and studying the works of ground-breaking scholars, activists, and shapeshifters but in particular the likes of Tricia Hersey (The Nap Ministry, Rest as Resistance), Jason Hickel (Less is More), Adrienne Maree Brown (Pleasure Activism), bell hooks (multiple sources), Emily Nagoski, Johann Hari, Minna Salami (Sensuous Knowledge), Brene Brown (various), Paulo Freire (Pedagogy of the Oppressed) and many more..

The time is Now to create change and introduce Holistic approaches

Through personalised services, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to develop a new approach to your organisational culture — combining the practices of wellbeing, inclusion, belonging, sustainability, and most importantly, Slowing Down and breaking the productivity and grind culture cycle to enable holistic, impactful work.
